HMC921LP4E RF Power Amplifier

The HMC921LP4E is a GaAs HBT MMIC amplifier covering approximately 0.4GHz to 2.7GHz. It provides up to 2W output power and is supplied in a compact 4mm × 4mm QFN package.

The part is used in cellular infrastructure, fixed wireless equipment, CATV systems and RF test instruments.
