The V23990-P589-A418Y-PM is a 1200V, 25A flowPIM 1 power module designed for industrial and embedded motor drives. Its PIM/CIB topology integrates a three-phase rectifier, brake chopper, inverter and NTC temperature sensor in one compact package.
