The Qorvo TGA2227-SM is a wideband 2GHz to 22GHz GaN low noise amplifier (LNA) designed for demanding RF and microwave receiver applications.
Fabricated using Qorvo's 0.15µm GaN-on-SiC QGaN15 process, the TGA2227-SM combines wide bandwidth, low noise, useful output power and exceptionally high resistance to incident RF power. Qorvo specifies more than 15dB small-signal gain, more than +22dBm P1dB, and up to 40dBm input power survivability.
These characteristics make the device particularly suitable for radar, electronic warfare, military communications, commercial communications and RF test equipment.
