MAPD-011062 2–20GHz 2-Way RF Power Divider
The MACOM MAPD-011062 is a fully integrated 2-way RF power divider designed to divide one input signal into two nominally equal, in-phase output signals across a wide 2GHz to 20GHz frequency range.
It provides approximately 1dB typical excess insertion loss, 15dB typical output-to-output isolation, 0.2dB typical amplitude balance and 2° typical phase balance. The component is supplied in a compact, lead-free 3mm 16-lead PQFN surface-mount package.
