The Ampleon ART1K9FH is a high-power LDMOS RF transistor based on Ampleon’s Advanced Rugged Technology platform. It is designed for broadband operation from 1MHz to 500MHz and can deliver up to 1900W pulsed RF output power when operated from a 55V drain supply.
