Xilinx UltraScale FPGA Product Overview
Xilinx UltraScale FPGAs are high-performance programmable logic devices designed for demanding applications that require large logic capacity, high-speed connectivity, advanced DSP performance and flexible system integration. UltraScale FPGAs offer system logic cells from 318K up to 5,541K, supporting designs from mid-range embedded systems to very large and complex programmable logic platforms.
Advanced DSP Performance
The UltraScale architecture enhances the Xilinx DSP48 slice to improve calculation efficiency and performance. The product guide lists DSP slice counts up to 5,520 slices in the XCKU115 and up to 2,880 slices in the XCVU440.
High-Capacity Block RAM
