  onsemi low and medium voltage MOSFETs are designed for switching applications that require low RDS(on), compact packaging, reliable thermal performance and efficient power handling. The PowerTrench® T10 technology family is especially suitable for motor drive, battery protection, ORing, load switch, power switch and compact DC-DC conversion applications.

For example, NTMFSC0D8N04XM provides a 40 V rating, 310 A current capability and 0.78 mΩ maximum RDS(on), making it suitable for high-current motor drive and battery protection circuits. NTMFS1D7N04XM provides a 40 V, 151 A option in a 5 x 6 mm SO-8FL / DFN-5 package, while NVTFWS003N04XM supports compact automotive designs with a 3.3 x 3.3 mm wettable flank package.
