ADI Hittite HMC464, HMC561 & HMC576 Stock & Price | RF Amplifiers & Frequency Multipliers
ADI and Legacy Hittite RF Parts for Radar, VSAT and Test Systems
Legacy Hittite HMC components remain installed in radar, electronic warfare, satellite communication, microwave radio and test systems around the world.
Many of these components are still required for existing production programs, equipment repair and long-term platform maintenance. However, availability can vary significantly between the original bare-die version, surface-mount version and tape-and-reel ordering code.
DataStorageIC supports sourcing for selected Analog Devices and legacy Hittite RF and microwave products.

HMC464 Wideband Power Amplifier
The HMC464 is a GaAs pHEMT distributed power amplifier die operating from 2 GHz to 20 GHz.
It provides approximately 16 dB gain and around 26 dBm output power at the 1 dB compression point. Its wide bandwidth makes it useful as a driver amplifier in radar, electronic warfare, microwave radio and broadband test systems.
When requesting a quotation, buyers should distinguish between HMC464 and the current HMC464-SX ordering code.
HMC-ALH444 Wideband LNA
The HMC-ALH444 is a GaAs MMIC low-noise amplifier die covering 1 GHz to 12 GHz.
It provides approximately 17 dB gain, a typical noise figure of about 1.5 dB and approximately 19 dBm output power at the 1 dB compression point.
Searches may use several variations, including HMC-ALH444, HMC-ALH444-SX and HMCALH444. All variations should be included naturally on the product page.
HMC561, HMC576 and HMC445LP4E Frequency Multipliers
Frequency multiplier products continue to be required in microwave local oscillator chains where an existing board or qualified design cannot be changed easily.
The HMC561 supports wideband x2 multiplication with output coverage from approximately 8 GHz to 21 GHz. The HMC576 extends x2 multiplication into the 18 GHz to 29 GHz range.
For X-band systems, the HMC445LP4E provides active x16 multiplication with an output range of approximately 9.9 GHz to 11.2 GHz.
ADPA7007CHIP for Millimeter-Wave Power Amplification
The ADPA7007CHIP is a GaAs pHEMT distributed power amplifier covering 18 GHz to 44 GHz.
It provides approximately 21.5 dB gain and around 31 dBm output power at the 1 dB compression point. Its broad frequency coverage supports military, space and millimeter-wave test applications.
Information Required for an RFQ
To improve quotation accuracy, customers should provide:
·Complete manufacturer part number
·Required quantity
·Bare die, tray or tape-and-reel requirement
·Acceptable date-code range
·Target delivery date
·End application or frequency band
·Traceability and inspection requirements
Selected ADI and Hittite parts are available for quotation through DataStorageIC. Stock status and lead time must be confirmed before ordering, as legacy and bare-die products may be subject to prior sale or factory restrictions.
