CMPA0760020F 25W 0.7–6GHz GaN MMIC HPA
The CMPA0760020F is a broadband GaN MMIC high-power amplifier covering 0.7GHz to 6GHz. Manufactured using a 0.15µm GaN-on-SiC process, it delivers 25W saturated output power with high gain across a wide frequency range.
The amplifier is designed for continuous-wave operation and integrates 50Ω-matched, internally DC-blocked RF input and output ports. This reduces the amount of external RF matching required compared with an unmatched discrete GaN transistor.
