Mini-Circuits ZX60-14LN-S+ 50MHz–10GHz Low Noise Amplifier
The Mini-Circuits ZX60-14LN-S+ is a 50Ω connectorized low noise amplifier covering 50 MHz to 10 GHz. It uses an internal E-pHEMT MMIC to provide wide frequency coverage, flat gain and low noise performance from a single +6V supply.
Its broad operating range allows one amplifier to support multiple wireless, radar and laboratory frequency bands, reducing the need for separate narrowband gain stages. The rugged GC957 coaxial housing and SMA female connectors make it suitable for benchtop testing, production systems and installed RF equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions
What frequency range does the ZX60-14LN-S+ cover?
The ZX60-14LN-S+ operates from 50 MHz to 10 GHz, covering broadband telecommunications, Wi-Fi 6E, UWB, radar, SATCOM and test applications.
Is the ZX60-14LN-S+ noise figure below 2 dB across the entire band?
No. Mini-Circuits specifies a noise figure below 2 dB typical through approximately 7.5 GHz. Noise figure increases toward the upper end of the 10 GHz operating range, so frequency-specific data should be checked in the official performance curves.
What power supply is required?
The amplifier operates from a single nominal +6V DC supply and draws approximately 72 mA typical. The DC input should not exceed the +7V absolute maximum rating.
Can the ZX60-14LN-S+ be used for 5G and Wi-Fi 6E?
Yes. Its 50 MHz–10 GHz frequency coverage includes many sub-6 GHz 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi 6E and UWB bands. System-level filters, matching and linearity requirements must still be evaluated for the specific design.
What is the difference between ZX60-14LN-S+ and ZX60-83LN-S+?
The ZX60-14LN-S+ extends the lower operating frequency from 500 MHz down to 50 MHz and the upper frequency from 8 GHz to 10 GHz. The ZX60-83LN-S+ provides slightly better typical noise figure and OIP3 within its narrower 500 MHz–8 GHz range.
