Manufacturer:UMS / United Monolithic Semiconductors

Package/Case:Die, QFN

Description:UMS digital attenuators provide precise RF and microwave signal-level control across frequency ranges from DC to 35 GHz. The series includes 4-bit models with 15 dB attenuation control and 6-bit models with 31.5 dB attenuation control. The CHT3029 series is suitable for ultra-wideband DC–31/35 GHz systems, while the CHT4012 series offers low insertion loss for DC–6 GHz applications. The CHT4016 series covers 4–14/16 GHz with input P-1dB up to 23 dBm. Die and QFN options are available for radar, communication, defense, aerospace and RF instrumentation designs.
