CGH40010F vs CG2H40010F | 6GHz vs 8GHz GaN HEMT
The CGH40010F and CG2H40010F are 10W, 28V unmatched GaN HEMTs designed for broadband RF power amplifiers. They use the same screw-down flange package, but differ in frequency range, gain, output power and efficiency.
The CGH40010F operates from DC to 6GHz, while the CG2H40010F is specified for operation up to 8GHz and offers stronger typical RF performance.

Can CG2H40010F Replace CGH40010F?
The two devices use the same flange package and 28V supply, but they are not guaranteed drop-in replacements.
Their RF impedance, capacitance, gain and output-power characteristics are different. Replacing one device with the other may require changes to the input and output matching networks, bias circuit and stability design.
