SOURIAU Hermetic Connectors for High-Performance Sealing Applications
SOURIAU hermetic connectors are designed for applications where conventional environmental or waterproof connectors cannot provide sufficient protection. Based primarily on glass-to-metal sealing technology, these connectors deliver reliable electrical connections under vacuum, pressure differences, temperature cycling and other demanding operating conditions.
The product range includes circular, micro-miniature and rectangular connector solutions compliant with major aerospace and industrial standards, including MIL-DTL-26482, MIL-DTL-38999, EN2997, EN3646 and MIL-DTL-24308.
High Hermetic Sealing Performance
Standard SOURIAU hermetic connectors typically provide a helium leak rate below:

This level of sealing makes the connectors suitable for systems that must maintain pressure isolation, prevent gas leakage or protect sensitive electronics from external contamination.
Selected removable-crimp-contact solutions can achieve leakage rates below 1 × 10⁻⁹ atm·cm³/s, while also allowing easier maintenance and contact replacement.
